Here is the long list of files I have been promising for a while now. I wanted to get some more things done before then, but then decided I can just update this post int eh future. Either way, lets start the list!
Introduction to Myself:
Frost Induction and Introduction 2014
In this file there is, a deepening trigger, an awakening trigger, and a
suggestion trigger. That third one is the one that is both hardest to
pin down, but also the most important to make clear. The suggestion trigger is called "I command..." and basically you have to do anything I
suggest that follows those words. It is a good first thing to try, it show you my style, my voice, and
helps me see how deeply you are able to take things. Try it out if we
are talking one on one for plenty of fun.

You will pose your body, take it for a run, shower off, and slip into some sexy outfits. It will help you make the strong and confident person you know you could be in your mind something you can refer to without a second thought. Tree of Self - Small
You enter a deep part of the forest of thought, and find a tree that contains yourself, and any other selves you might think up. In this file you will meet and become your smallest self. Someone just on the tiny side of things, in a much bigger world. You will pose your body, take it for a run, shower off, and slip into cute kid sized outfits. It will help you make a tiny version of you that your mind something you can refer to without a second thought. Enjoy the training and feel free to share all about the new smaller you.
Tree of Self - Animal(Canine)
You enter a deep part of the forest of thought, and find a tree that contains yourself, and any other selves you might think up. In this file you will meet and become your canine self. You will pose your body, take it for a run (on both two legs and four), shower off, and feel how comfortable having a set of fur can be. It will help you make the the process becoming an animal something your mind something you can refer to without a second thought. Enjoy the training and feel free to share all about the new you. Totem Training for Transformation (Dropbox)
In my ongoing effort to get more people intro transformation, I have created a new file to train with it, but with a different sort of topic. Instead of focusing on the wonderful changes your body can go through, I focus on how you can keep yourself safe, by creating a totem. This is an item that you keep with you, transforms with you, encourages changes, but also helps you return to normal more quickly. Picture it strongly as you listen, and you will find how easy it is to become whatever you desire

Door Series:
Cheeta quick results training (Dropbox)
This is another workout file, but I try to focus more clearly on just introducing someone to working out, instead of a focus on muscle building. With a fast moving cheeta trainer, you will get to do lots of things, but also learn how to do things right. There is also some discussion of how your heart works while you train if you want some teaching as well. If you ever wanted someone to show you the ropes, this is the file for you.
Panther Gym First meeting
This
file uses the a motivational Panther spirit to get people excited and
motivated to work out, by meeting a large, show off type gym owner, in
the form of a Panther. He welcomes you to the world of working out, and
gives you a tour of his own place. (Was the first file I made exploring
spirits, so uses some older ideas, but still works)
Panther Door Second Visit
In this sequel file to below, you meet the panther for a full workout session. You go completely
through one exercise, while learning many important things about working
out. Get ready to get pumped with your trainer, and get even stronger
gym motivation.
Panther Door Another Visit
In another sequel file to the panther door file,
you meet the panther for a specific workout. He takes you through a
long set of exercises that focus on the glut muscles, the rear, the
butt. He teaches you how you will make it strong, make it big, make it
look good. There also is some playful butt staring and grabbing, but
nothing too excessive. If you want another strong workout, give this a
try. A request from a few friends to do more with the panther, and to
work their butts hard!
Dino Jock of Training
Another
gym motivation file, but this one a little different. This one is about
exploring the jock ideal, a simple mind and a strong motivation.
Meeting a big dino that clearly spends all his time in the gym, and him
helping you push away all the thoughts that get into the way. If you
have been curious for other ways to get your butt into the gym, give
this one a try.
Horse Door of Running
In this new file, you meet a Horse that loves to run. If running is your
thing, or you want to start working our with some light cardio, the
horse will be happy to share his tips, to keep you motivated to run
every day, while working hard. Even if you can already run marathons,
meet a new friend who loves running just as much.
Otter Door of Swimming
In this file, you will meet a playful otter in a gym pool. He will get you
to join him in the pool, he will talk about all the different strokes,
he will talk about how hard he works every day, and he will tell you how
he expects you now to join him. He also will suggest you wear something
tight to swim without resistance. If you want to get serious about
swimming every day for exercise, this is the file for you. (This file
was meant to build on the panther file, with someone pushing you to work
out more then just introducing you. Also had a suggestion for it, which
helped me put my thoughts together)
Dino and Horse in "Be Aggressive"
This file has two guardians from the past. The Horse of pride that was in both the horse workout file, and the spiral acres as well. He has strong pride for his body, and the lifting he achieves as he goes to the gym every day (except rest day). Along with him is the Jock Dino from the workout file that helps you get in the gym mentality, this time helping you crave for more and more. It helps to have listened to those files, but knowing their names, motivations, and imagining their forms can be all you need to listen to the file. The two fight over who gets to train you, and their deep passion and aggression pours into you and your workouts. It also comes with a trigger to instantly put you into a lifting mindset with the words "Be Aggressive". This file is for those that was to get very serious about lifting, and growing to bodybuilder size. If you think you can handle it, give it a listen.
Fox Door of Transformation
In this remade file, you will find a door that will connect you to a fox
that knows the secret to transformation. He will make himself into a fox
like human, then he will do the very same to you. It is just the start
however, as he reveals he can become anything he wants, and you can
become anything you want. If you like foxes or transformation, feel free
to try out this file.
Fox Door Second Visit
In this sequel file to the fox file below,
you join the fox for a day of diving. You and the fox experiment with a
small form, a big form, and the form of another race. You have fun
sharing the experiences, and exploring them to their fullest. If you
want to learn more about transformation, this one is for you.
Fox Door Another Visit
In another sequel file to the door fox file,
you meet the fox to become something specific. You become a very large
and lovely woman, with curves to spare. If you have ever been curious to

After my snake file, some people said they thought for sure the snake was going to eat them, and this is the response. If you have every wanted to slide right into someone's mouth, knowing you would be safe, this file allows you to do it. Sharing a most delicious dinner, the snake invites you to his belly, and you simply cannot resist going inside. There is no gore in the file, it is very cartoony, but by the end, you are curled up inside the snake, a ball of food in his stomach. Will you dine with him tonight?
Macro Croc Visit (Dropbox)
This one is for all my lovers of Big. Taking a step past guardians, in this file you meet a giant crocodile themed Diety, one who can change his size (and others) at will. He mostly likes being large and in charge, but if you accept the offer to hang out, who knows what sizes you might end up at. This file is very intimidating, with very adult themes, just tried pushing myself and seeing how pushy I could be. In this new file, you meet the Dragon Guardian of Donation. I wanted to
create a file that gave people the incentive to tip me for all the files

This file is based on some art I received, a silly sequence where a dragon is turned into a bunch of animals, then turned into a mouse. I made a challenge of myself to see what file I could make of it. The theme ended up becoming about relaxation, becoming small pushes away big problems, and lets you enjoy the little things. This one is only recommended for people who want to get experimental, like transformations, or think female dragons are really fun.

I do not know much about bdsm, and feel many people might be in the same boat. This is my best idea for getting to why people enjoy it, and introducing people to the concept. Pokemon Party Lucario (Dropbox)
A
fun idea for a close friend. This file not only makes you a Lucario,
but it makes you the center of attention at a party of both pokemon and
people, all of them taller than you. Through their attention and
desires, your form shifts further into the large and muscular form of a
male beefcake, able to put on a show that everyone has been waiting for.

Slightly based on a certain assistant named spike, try it if you always enjoyed feeling helpful, feeling scales, or just want to enjoy some time with a sexy witch.

The witch is back with another brew for you to try out. This one gives you a direct control over physical desire. Brain Forest Dimming (Dropbox)
While some can be dumb at the push of a button, others might need training in order to fully get to forgetting how to count. This file describes of process of turning off the lights in your mind, and using that energy for much better, much dumber things. Learn how to become a himbo or bimbo through your own power, something you can practice until you can do it without thinking. By the end of this file, you will be quite used to not thinking, and just enjoying.
A Growing Story

have a friend who just loves Big, and asked for a file, solely about
big. Similar to the mushroom files, you find some bracelets that allow

A more friendly version of the Muscle Shrink file. This time it is controlled by a collar that you can physically wear, which will compress you to a much smaller size. It will make you incredably submissive to the person that placed the collar on you, and will last for a few hours after waring, depending on how long it was on your neck. the wolf swap series in a new direction. This time instead of being a

live in is made of the giving and receiving wood, so he can change your
size whenever he wants. He makes a show of this by making you slowly
smaller and smaller as you catch up with him. This file gives you an
intro to the living situation, that I might expand on in the future.
Maybe next time you will figure out how he makes you so small, just be

Frost Induction 2010 /
Frost Induction 2010-No awaken
In this file there is, a deepening trigger, an awakening trigger, and a suggestion trigger. That third one is the one that is both hardest to pin down, but the most important to make clear. In the file, it is a trigger called "I command..." and basically you have to do anything I suggest that follows those words. It is a good first thing to try, and helps me see how deeply you are able to take things. Try it out if we are talking one on one for plenty of fun. (I plan to make a 2013 version soon, but with how long things take might be 2014)
Spirit Bond Part1
A file that helps you make a mental companion from your unconscious mind. I used a script I found online, but modified it in many ways to fit my style. There has never been a request for the second part, since most get what they need from this, but I might do it some day.
